Bryan Talbot ~ Graphic Novelist

I came across these posts on the social network Bluesky, and thought I ought to share them on WW.

Bryan lives in Sunderland now, but was born and raised in Wigan (Newtown), attending Wigan Grammar School, then Wigan School of Art, before studying graphic design at Harris College in Preston.

“British graphic novelist Bryan Talbot is set to be inducted into the Will Eisner Comic Awards Hall of Fame (Link), the highest accolade for comic writers and artists from across the world … joining such illustrious names as Stan Lee, Tove Jansson and Jack Kirby.”

I hadn’t heard of Bryan before, but having now researched his work online it looks incredible!
